Application Fees

 for Canadian Students: $75

  • The non-refundable $75 application fee needs to be paid when you submit your application, 3 references and transcripts.  $50 of the application fee may be credited towards your first semester's tuition for one of the following reasons:
    • For the Fall semester – if you have your completed application and all supporting documents submitted by December 15 of the previous year
    • For the Winter semester – if you have your completed application and all supporting documents submitted by May 15 of the previous year
    • Or if you attend one of our Campus Look-Ins and bring your completed application and $75 application fee

International Students:   $100

When am I expected to pay this?

You will need to pay the $100 USD non refundabe application fee.   You may use a credit card such as Visa or Mastercard, bank transfer or PayPal (please put the student name in the PayPal notes to credit the appropriate student's account).  Once you have sent in your completed application, 2 references and transcripts and all of these documents and the application fee are received, your file will go to the Admissions Committee for review and you will be notified by email.

Once admitted, you will need to pay $3,000 that will go toward your first semester's tuition, $2,500 repatriation fee that will be returned to you when you leave Emmanuel and the $200 Residence Deposit.  Once that is received then a visa letter will be sent with the information about your admittance and the money you have deposited with us.  Should your visa not be granted you will be reimbursed $5,600 (minus $100 as an administration fee).
