Residence Fees

 First Year Emmanuel Student (includes Room, 10 meals per week, Residence Association Fee and Tech Fee)
 Single Occupancy: $3427.00 per semester 
Double Occupancy: $3138.00 per semester

   Double Room (with Roommate) - $1836

Meal Plan - $1302 (10 meals per week)

Tech Fee - $50

Residence Association Fee - $25

 $200 Damage deposit paid at time of move in.

$300 Residence Deposit to be paid with your Residence application to secure your spot in Residence. The $300 will be applied to your Winter residence fees.

First Year Non-Emmanuel Student (includes Room, 5 meals/ 3 meals per week, Residence Association Fee and Tech Fee) Single Occupancy: $2751.00/$2492.00 per semester
 Double Occupancy: $2470.00/$2211.00 per semester.

2017-2018 Residence Advisors

 Resident Advisors are leaders who live in the residence halls. They are each assigned a floor and are responsible to get to know their students, provide holistic programming, and seek opportunities for learning and growing relationships. They provide early intervention in student issues, and seek to foster a safe environment for students to learn, grow, and change.

The Residence Director is responsible for overseeing Residence Life on our campus. In particular she works with Resident Advisors to develop programming to create a high quality living and learning environment in our Residence Halls.
