Family and Friends

College is an exciting time for students as they spread out beyond their comfort zones and try to expand their knowledge and create new experiences. There are many joys that come with being in this new atmosphere as well as many challenges. As family or friends of the students, there are many ways in which we can support them as they travel through this part of their journey.

Friends and Family Orientation

Each Fall, the Student Life department provides a time on the night before registration for those who have come to drop off their students to learn a bit more about what we have planned for the year, hear about the Student Council theme, and ask any questions you may have.  This usually happens on the Thursday Night before Fall Registration in the Sherk Lounge.  More information will be available in the summer. 

Care Packages

Looking for a way to let a student know you're thinking of them? Send your student a special pick me up! Choose from Thanksgiving, Exams, Valentines Day, or their Birthday for your student to receive a care package.
